Steven C. Pereus, is founder of Enlít. During the last year he has expanded Enlit’s client based to over 28 school districts. And during that time led the comprehensive assessment of 17 school districts, 11 transportation departments, 3 businesss offices that include a services consolidation plan, and the technology assessment and planning for a 10,000 student district. He has been involved in school business, finance, operations and technology since 1993. Mr. Pereus’ other positions include President, School Improvement Group; COO of Toledo Public Schools; Manager, Corporate Finance, BP North America; Chief Operating Officer of a mid size distribution business. He has led successful streamlining, reengineering and improvement initiatives in both education and business organizations. Mr. Pereus has consulted with superintendents, business managers and board members in the areas of board development, strategic planning, technology, operations, administration and finance.
As a board member he has helped schools deal with growth, leadership, financial and marketing related challenges.
His educational background includes a BS, MS in Engineering and MBA from the Case Western Reserve Weathhead School of Mangement. He is the author of three books on performance improvement in education and government and author of numerous articles in the area of school planning, management and finance and technology management. 
Paul G. Sieben, FAIA is the Chairman, CEO and President of LeanTrak, Inc. LeanTrak is a high speed business consulting firm providing Lean Business Solutions. Prior to founding LeanTrak Mr. Sieben served for 20 years as one of the top five officers of a multi-billion dollar public company. Mr. Sieben has 37 years of executive leadership experience. He has been responsible for organizing and managing the decentralization of a major corporation with 400 locations in 30 states. He has started successful new companies and worked with Fortune 500 companies to improve operations and performance.

Chris Hanrath is a User Experience Specialist with a Master of Science in Information degree specialized on Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan. He has a background in Computer Science and focuses on information visualization and interaction design. Prior to joining the School Improvement Group he worked as a user experience consultant at Sapient.
