Research Methodology

The Enlít rating system employs an education specific framework, 100 diagnostic tests and measures to assess academic, educational, operating, administrative and financial performance. Combined results form the basis for our summary evaluation and financial health index. Subscribers utilize the same framework, data definitions and diagnostic tests to generate objective standards and benchmarks for peer groups.

Scoring Methodology

Enlít assesses the performance at the district, division, department and program level using measures of efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and results. Enlít analyzes trends and compares performance to peer averages and upper quartile performers. Each department is rated according to absolute and relative performance with appropriate peer group averages and quartiles.

Presentation and Communication

Enlít’s results are presented in scorecards, dashboards, trend analysis and benchmarks with drill down capabilities. Results are confidential but can be made available to users within the district. Users can communicate, ask questions and make comments with Enlít staff or internal staff using our internal communication capability.
